Sound Sleep-:
My grandfather always says that, if you read before you go to bed, then you will enjoy a sound sleep, without any disturbance🛌😴. Sometimes, due to some stress or worry we cannot get a sound sleep,which is very bad for our health. But when you read before sleeping you will be able to forget about that thing which is not letting you sleep and feel free and happy and enjoy a sound and sweet sleep.
A sound sleep is very crucial for a healthy lifestyle and reading will help you to get it.
Good thoughts for Good Health-:😇
Sometimes negative thoughts like worry, jealousy, fear, anger, etc. can create problem to your health🤯🤒. When you read, then there is no place for thoughts like this to come to your mind and it will be filled with positive thoughts. It is rightly said that "Empty mind is devil's workshop" 👿so if you keep your mind empty then bad thoughts will definitely find a place in your mind. But if you read good books, 📚there won't be a place for these thoughts as the whole mind will be occupied by the possitive thoughts and knowledge.
This will reduce the possibility of depression, bp and many diseases caused due to the negative thoughts and will also lead to a better mental health.
The way physical exercise helps us to keep our body healthy🏋️♀️🚴♀️, reading helps us to keep the mind healthy. Reading is considered as the best exercise to keep you mentally healthy.
